Reaction Exteriors replaces damaged substrate material (usually OSB or foam board) with 1/2" CDX Plywood, ensuring faster moisture release and superior decay resistance, included in our quotes.

The labor and materials prices for the plywood and carpentry work is included in our estimates. There are no surprise add on costs when damaged substrate is uncovered and replaced.

Reaction Exteriors removes windows as part of stucco remediation and/or siding installation processes. Window openings are correctly flashed during reinstallation.

Painting the interior trim after the window process is completed, is included in the estimate price. When our work is complete there is nothing more to be done, and no additional charges!

Reaction Exteriors uses the superior Kimberly Clark & 3M 1-2-3 moisture control system, including premium BLOCK IT drainable house wrap and 3M flashing tapes.
